In 2003, we had such a good time at the first annual West Coast Primer Nationals that we'd been waiting for October to roll around again for another trip up to the Ventura County Fairgrounds for the sequel. Word-of-mouth has been getting around and the 2004 "Kustom Kulture Festival & Swap Meet" was even bigger than the previous event. More cool rods, customs, and bikes, plus all kinds of art work on display, all-day live music, and row after row of vendors and sellers.
