 We ran into this chopped,...  We ran into this chopped, channeled, and sectioned '25 Chrysler. Glen L'Hevreux said the old Fisher-bodied sedan had been pushed out to the curb with the trash when he found it. He chopped it eight inches and Z'd the factory rails 14 inches. Dual Holleys on an intake from a Fury or 300 feed the early '60s 440 engine.  Some orange and white Tommy...  Some orange and white Tommy the Greek style 'striping adds a lot to the looks of this black Deuce five-window. The coupe runs a small-block, TH350 trans, a 9-inch locker rearend, plus air conditioning. Owner Darryl Spurlock has driven the car to Seattle, Texas, Bonneville--pretty much everywhere.  We missed seeing this 4-banger...  We missed seeing this 4-banger Model T touring car go down the strip, but would've loved watching those rear tires try to hook.  John Huston finished this...  John Huston finished this '50 DeSoto a year ago as his Senior high school project. The big roadster used to be a four-door hardtop. It features a 350/350 drivetrain combo and rides on a camaro subframe. John added '59 Cadillac taillights, power steering and brakes, flame throwers, and suede black paint. He got an A.  Squeak Bell from The Kiwi...  Squeak Bell from The Kiwi Konnection ran into mechanical problems just this side of the starting line with his bare-steel chopped sedan, another survivor hot rod from the '50s, and couldn't make a pass this round.  At the end of the day, Sloppy...  At the end of the day, Sloppy Sin, Luke Brown, and Travis Perich get ready to re-enter the 21st century after celebrating an era they never actually lived through.
