This black '33 Willys, stretched six inches, is the property of Bruce Cohn, was built by Ron Attebury and Matt Dowd at Ron Attebury Street Rods. The all-steel body on a tube frame chassis is powered by a GM 502 fuel-injected big-block with aluminum heads.

Marcel Delay prepared the handbuilt body, while Boyd Coddington's Garage put together the frame. The eye-catching powerplant is a 904ci DOHC Joe Schubeck engine.

At 19 years old, Ashley Webb from Flint, Michigan, is the youngest AMBR competitor at the GNRS this year. Her father Dan did much of the work on this completely custom fabricated roadster, built using a Brookville body, inspired in design by the Harry Miller race cars. Power is from a Ford 2.3L engine with a Zakspeed head.

Jerry Kugel from Kugel Kustoms put together this '32 Speedster, with a mid-engine Oldsmobile Aurora tied to a 4T80. The body is all handformed aluminum by Marcel, riding on a Kugel chassis.

Never one to follow the crowd, So-Cal Speed Shop is displaying it's AMBR entry dissassembled. The Spencer2, was a project originally started ten years ago by the late Doane Spencer, and finally completed by So-Cal in the spirit of Doane's original design, using an original body and frame. A Roush-prepped 289 was chosen to power the '32, which according to So-Cal's Jimmy Shine, is the first driven-in, body-off competitor in AMBR history.
