Here’s the infamous (to some) Roach Rod currently under construction by Sam Strube of Livermore, California. It’s a ’23 T coupe-body-turned-roadster that Sam built on a $1,500 budget. Even though he’s into it for almost twice that amount sans grille shell, he’s shown that a cool car can be built on a budget through careful planning and artful scrounging. View Related Article
