Suede & Chrome will be a special parking area at select 2005 Goodguys events across the country. Formerly known as the "Garage Grown" area, The Suede & Chrome special parking area welcomes homebuilt, retro rods & customs.
"We had some confusion last year with Garage Grown," said Goodguys VP of Event Operations Harry Daviess. "Guys were confusing the 'Homebuilt Heaven' area with the 'Garage Grown' area, so we came up with the Suede & Chrome theme."
Retro rodding has surged in popularity in recent years. Goodguys encourages the movement and has always had an open door policy at their events to owners and builders of retro rods. We hope they come out and see what our events have to offer," said Daviess.
The Suede & Chrome Parking area will be held at these 2005 Goodguys Rod & Custom Association events:
