This casting is for the "Dean Jefferies Award of Excellence in Creativity" and it comes with a $1000 cash purse to be awarded at Showcase of Kustoms & Motorama September 26, 2010 in Long Beach, CA. It will be finished off casted in glass and mounted on a kidney shaped marble plate with engraved name plate of recipient. Dean has written the criteria for the award and he will be on hand (no pun intended) to pick his choice. Dean will be showing the famed "Mantaray" on display in the lobby of the Arena just like in "64" when he won the National Roadster Show (Oakland).
Each of our inductees into the "Master of the Kustom" will get his/her hand casted with a signature stance. (Bill Hines hand will be holding a stick of lead). The hand in glass will be mounted on a wall plaque with a portrait of the inductee, engraved legend name plaque. After 10 years we will then have a new attraction at the show we will debut the "Wall of Legends".
