STREET RODDER magazine's Janeen Webb was named 2010 Goodguys Woman of the Year during a special ceremony at the Goodguys 13th PPG Nationals presented by Bridgestone. Webb's esteemed tenure at STREET RODDER combined with her warm spirit and passion for the rodding industry made her a unanimous choice for the prestigious honor.
Through hard work and perseverance, Webb went from the company receptionist at McMullen Publishing Company to one of the leading Account Executives at Source Interlink Media - publishers of over 50 enthusiast magazines.
Throughout her career at STREET RODDER, Webb has not only designed and maintained marketing partnerships with manufacturers and suppliers, but has also contributed to the automotive aftermarket as a whole by serving multiple years on SEMA's HRIA Council as well as organizing consumer and industry events.
The STREET RODDER staff adores Webb lovingly referring to her as "Momma Webb." "Janeen has mastered her craft" said STREET RODDER Editorial Director Brian Brennan. "She has been an integral part of the growth of STREET RODDER and the industry as a whole over the last 25 years. She's so good at taking care of us, too. She handles rental cars, hotel rooms - she has always gone the extra mile for our team while tirelessly networking, designing advertising packages for clients and looking out for the welfare of the industry. Nobody deserves this honor more than Janeen."
