LimeWorks Speed Shop now offers a reproduction of the ever-popular ’51 Crestliner accessory steering wheel. Reduced in diameter from 18 to 16 inches, it’s otherwise identical to the original, and is manufactured in the traditional manner, with baked rubber over a steel armature, then painted in an off-white color.
The wheel will fit Ford splined or taper-and-key columns, and an adapter to fit GM columns is included. The reproduction horn ring is also part of the package, though this is also available separately. For more information, contact LimeWorks Speed Shop at (562) 698-1227 or www.limeworkspeedshop.com.

Patriot Exhaust Products now offers these New Traditional lakester headers, with the look of a lakester-style header, but without the down tubes for conventional exhaust hookup, or flanges on the end of the cones. They feature Patriot’s unique primary tubes that sweep into the cones for a more aesthetically pleasing look and better flow. Made from 16-gauge tubing, the primary tubes are 1-5/8, 1-3/4, or 1-7/8 inch, depending on the application. The cones have a subtle taper with a 3-1/2-inch opening.
Available for Buick Nailheads, small-block Chevrolets, Ford Flatheads and 260-351Ws, and Chrysler 331-392 Hemis, they are offered in high-heat black coating or silver metallic ceramic and come with high-temp gaskets and hardware. Weld or Grind
The new Tweco WeldSkill auto-darkening welding helmet features four sensors for enhanced performance at an affordable price. It can be used in both weld mode and grind mode and will darken when TIG welding even at five amps. The helmet has a large viewing area of 3.86x1.69 inches, weighs 16 ounces, and uses solar power to eliminate the need to change batteries. When switching from light to dark, it darkens in 33 microseconds, one of the fastest reaction times available. When switching from dark to light, users can select from three switching speeds.
Designed to combine safety, strength, flexibility and comfort, the Tweco WeldSkill four-sensor helmet passes every one of the 49 tests required under the ANSI Z87.1-2010 standards. The sensitivity and delay knobs are on the outside of the helmet shell so that operators can make adjustments while welding. When setting the helmet down, a recessed lens design prevents the faceplate from touching the table, protecting it from scratches. For more information, contact Tweco at www.thermadyne.com.

Hard water spots on glass, born from dissolved minerals and other contaminants, can be attributed to a variety of causes, such as rain, sprinklers, and worst of all, not drying your car after a wash. Left to build up over time, these spots impede your vision and can damage the surface. There has never been an effective automotive product for removing water spots from glass—until now.
Mothers California Gold Water Spot Remover for Glass is designed to remove stubborn hard water spots and stains from any exterior glass surface. The powerful mineral-dissolving agents will also scrub away sun-baked sediments, salt spray, tree sap, road grime, bugs, and paint overspray on all of your exterior glass, including windshields, windows, and mirrors.
