This is the roll we ended up with using the 1-inch radius dies. It doesn't look like much, but the radius is quite sufficient once it is matched to another piece with the same roll. As we continued to roll the edge of our panel, we checked it against a flat table often to make sure we weren't warping it significantly. View Related Article
