While it's possible to use cardboard as a mixing board for filler, it's not ideal as it will soak up the resin from the filler. These plastic mixing boards are available from your local jobber and are inexpensive. Just be sure to clean the board with acetone between applications, before the filler on it cures, and it will stay clean. View Related Article
