Using the original piece of sheetmetal removed from the black sedan, Dan formed a 5/8-inch flange around the edge, which will then be hammered over the door frame flange (photo 8)to form the hem of the door. Holes were drilled in the flange where it would be spot-welded after it was in place. View Related Article
