The body had already been gutted and bead-blasted before we chopped it, making this installation a little easier. We started by marking and removing the "webbing" for the original wing window as the one-piece glass will need to travel through this area. With this material removed from the wing window area, the inner door skin may seem a little bit flimsy but once everything is assembled, the garnish molding will help sturdy the panel.
