Two holes were drilled through both the channel and the mounting bracket in order to provide mounting points for the glass channel. The mounting holes on the bracket will eventually be slotted to provide adjustment. The holes in the channel were chamfered so the screws could be countersunk so that the felt channel would fit flush in the steel channel. The screws were then welded into the channel to make adjusting the channel easier. View Related Article
