Finish welded and ground down, I'm pleased with the results. While they're obviously A/C louvers, the brushed aluminum finish is more in keeping with the car than black plastic versions, which is why I chose the Rotary Vane in the first place. A little body filler and primer to smooth things out and they'll hopefully look "factory". View Related Article
