Heat Reduction Wrap Installation - That's A Wrap!

The final runner was wrapped until it met the middle pair of runners, where all three were wrapped. Similarly, all four were wrapped when I came to that point, continuing down to the collector flange, where another, larger, Snap Strap was used to secure it.

The extension tubes were also wrapped and secured. The Snap Straps can be trimmed using wire cutters if the blade is aligned with one of the slots in the strap.

With the headers and extension re-fitted, the engine was fired again in order to take the final temperature measurements. Note the slight discoloring of the wrap. Don't be alarmed when they smoke a little after the initial fire-up.

Here's the view under the car with the installation complete. I had to temporarily re-route the transmission cooler lines to clear the new headers, but that's simply down to the way I routed them originally.
