Custom Exhaust Systems - Exhausted
|
|
The final obstacle-the one... The final obstacle-the one that everyone will see once all's said and done-is the rear bumper. If you're planning on exiting your exhaust straight out the back (rather than with turnouts before or after the rearend), you might want to make sure they're not only centered, but set correctly below the bumper. With the exit strategy figured... With the exit strategy figured out, the snaking portion leading off the rear kickups was pieced together. As with the placement of the tips, we took into consideration the side profile in order to keep the pipe consistent with the lower edge of the tank as well as with the ground. As you see, another section... As you see, another section was created with the use of those seemingly rare flanges. And that pretty much "raps" things up-the only things missing are the polished stainless tips that will slip over the steel pipe and attach with stainless aircraft clamps.
