The drive cable runs in aluminum tubing, and while it’s possible to use a brake tubing bender to form it, each bend should be of as large a radius as possible to prevent the cable from binding. It can be bent by hand, but I used this old gas bottle cover to form a couple of gentle bends where the tubing entered and exited the gearboxes, to clear the dash rail. View Related Article
