Of the three weld beads shown, only one is somewhat correct—can you spot which one? The first bead was done with not enough heat/amperage, thus resulting in insufficient penetration. The bead at the top obviously was done with the opposite, too much heat/amperage, leaving the bead in the middle as that done with sufficient penetration due to correct settings (never mind that little hiccup on the right!).
