Though the bumper hides most of the “gap” at the front, I wanted to fabricate a new panel, not quite a rolled pan. Borrowing the sheetmetal brake at Circle City Hot Rods, I bent up a C-channel, 4 inches wide, with 1/2-inch returns, from 18-gauge steel. View Related Article
