It seems a minor point but use a floor jack to position the crossmembers. Some people try to wrestle them in place manually, a real chore, especially when it comes to alignment and clamping. Incidentally the primary difference between the crossmembers for IFS and beam-axle cars is its mounting hole’s location. View Related Article
