Dick’s blue track roadster was the ultimate hot rod in both looks (’50 Oakland Roadster Show participant) and performance (122 mph at El Mirage). His T had the qualities of a Frank Kurtis product. Art Ingles, a master metal-shaping specialist, was employed at Kurtis Kraft, and he handformed the hood and stunning grille for Dick in 1948. View Related Article
